New Technique Button
The New Technique button at the top of the page provides a quick way to add a new technique.
Techniques
The Techniques section categorizes all the wrestling moves you are working on or have mastered.
- Views:
- Favorites: Displays techniques you've marked as favorites.
- All: Shows all techniques in your repository.
- A-Z: Sorts techniques alphabetically.
Each technique includes:
- Position: Identifies whether the move applies to neutral, top, or bottom positions.
- Category: Groups techniques (e.g., "Takedown" or "Reversal").
- Proficiency: Tracks your skill level for each technique on a numerical scale.
- Favorites: Use the checkbox to prioritize techniques for quick access.
To add a new technique, use the New Technique button.
Technique Page
Each technique links to a detail page where you can document specifics. For example, the Ankle Pick technique detail page includes the following sections:
- Position and Category:
- Example: "Neutral" position and "Takedown" category.
- Proficiency Level:
- Tracks your current mastery of the move (e.g., 7 out of 10).
- Favorite Status:
- Indicates priority techniques by checking the favorite box.
- Styles:
- Lists the wrestling styles where the technique applies (e.g., "Freestyle" and "Folkstyle").
- Add new styles as needed by clicking + New.
- Video Link:
- Embed or link instructional videos to enhance your understanding.
- Videos and Images:
- Attach visual references for quick review.
