The New Journal Entry button at the top of the page provides a quick way to add a new journal entry.
Journal Log
The Journal Log displays your daily entries for the past 30 days in a table format.
- Columns:
- Date: The date of the journal entry.
- Energy (1-10): A numeric rating reflecting your energy level for the day.
- Motivation (1-10): A numeric rating for your focus and drive.
- Health (1-10): A numeric rating indicating your physical condition.
- Averages:
- The table calculates and displays the average for Energy, Motivation, and Health at the bottom of the log, giving a quick overview of your recent performance.

Each entry in the Journal Log links to a Journal Entry Page, providing a comprehensive view of your day.
Features
Daily Metrics
- Energy (1-10), Motivation (1-10), and Health (1-10) ratings are prominently displayed at the top.

Start of Day
- Gratitude: Reflect on something you’re thankful for to start the day positively.
- Example: "I’m grateful for my coach’s feedback during practice."

- Meal Plan: Plan meals for the day under categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

End of Day
- Achievements: List the accomplishments of the day.

- Coach's Advice: Record feedback from your coach.
